Green Party presidential candidate Cynthia McKinney and VP candidate Rosa Clemente continue their "Power to the People" campaign in this the last week before the election.McKinney's and Clement's stops include Illinois, Washington State, and Texas.
McKinney, as a Congresswoman, lead the investigation into the federal government response to Hurricane Katrina. In Galveston, the candidates addresses the neglected issues of class struggle, the prison industrial complex, media justice, gentrification, a just immigration policy, police brutality, war crimes, impeachment proceedings and justice and peace in the Middle East.
